1. Service Availability and Use

4.1 The Provider strives to deliver reliable and high-quality broadband service, but performance may vary due to factors beyond our control, including network congestion and technical limitations.
4.2 The Provider reserves the right to manage network traffic to ensure fair usage and optimal service performance for all customers.
5. Data Usage
5.1 Your home broadband service plan includes a specified data allowance. Exceeding this allowance may result in additional charges or reduced service speed.
5.2 You can monitor your data usage through the online customer portal provided by the Provider.
6. Privacy and Security
6.1 The Provider may collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
6.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your network and devices. The Provider is not liable for any unauthorized access, data breaches, or other security incidents.
7. Termination
7.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement with prior notice in accordance with the terms specified.
7.2 The Provider reserves the right to terminate the service immediately if you breach any terms of this Agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 The Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the home broadband service.
9. Amendments
9.1 The Provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with prior notice.
9.2 Continued use of the service after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
